Platform upgrade from 2021-12-12 16:00 UTC to 2021-12-12 17:00 UTC

Platform update has been completed sucessfully. We are currently testing our entire platform for potential issues. None has been found so far.

We are happy to announce that we can finally upgrade our backend. We’ll be offline for a couple of minutes. it may take up to an hour before all our serviecs are live agian.

During this time ALL of our services will be offline for a few minutes. This means you cannot send new surveys, no one can respond to surveys and you cant look up your data.

A small team of developers is currently working 120% to make sure everything goes as planned. But we are just human so our upgrade may have some unforeseen consequences.
